Intensive training is required for students to understand the tricks in the trade of solving aptitude based questions as posed by recruiting companies, appreciate the nuances of writing an effective resume, deliver the needs of professional decorum through appropriate dress sense, projecting with personalities with assertiveness and convincing their employers of their contribution to the respective organizations.

Several mock tests, group discussion sessions, interviews will be conducted for students to get familiar with campus interviews. Students also need to be trained in withstanding pressure situations through non-curricular augmentation classes.
